The Builder’s Sprint

Two days to go from "someday" to "I built it."

You've had the idea for months. Maybe years. You have the skills, the experience, the drive — but somehow it stays stuck in your head.

This is a 2-day sprint in Zurich for professionals who want to finally test their idea — without writing a single line of code.

You'll leave with a clear direction and a prototype you can put in front of customers.

Side project or internal pitch — this is where it becomes real.

12 spots. Applications reviewed for fit.

The Idea Isn't the Hard Part. Starting Is.

You don't lack ambition. You don't lack ideas. What you lack is a clear path from thinking about it to doing something about it.

Most professionals get stuck in one of two loops:

  • The planning loop — you research, refine, wait for more certainty. You tell yourself you'll start when the idea is ready.
  • The random-action loop — you download a tool, watch a tutorial, maybe build a landing page for something you haven't fully thought through.

Both feel like progress. Neither truly is.

This sprint gives you a structured way to answer the questions that actually matter: Is this a real problem? Will someone pay for it? How should I build it? You work through that on Day 1 — then build a working prototype on Day 2.

One Weekend. Two Phases.

Saturday is about thinking clearly. Sunday is about building quickly.

1

Day 1 — Saturday - The Thinking

You walk in with a rough idea. You leave knowing exactly what to build and why.

  • The problem — What are you actually solving? Who has this problem badly enough to pay for a solution?
  • The market — Who else is solving it? Where are the gaps? Is this a nice-to-have or a real need?
  • The model — What's the simplest way this makes money? What fits your life right now?
  • The positioning — How do you explain this so someone immediately gets it and wants it?

No more "I think this could work." You'll know.

Day 2 - Sunday - The Making

The thinking is done. Building begins.

  • The skills — UI/UX fundamentals and AI-powered building techniques. Everything you need to turn ideas into working software.
  • The first build — You'll create a landing page or a working web app. Not a finished product — a starting point you can keep building on.
  • No code required — AI handles the engineering. You bring the clarity from Day 1.

By Sunday evening, you won't have a plan. You'll have a thing that exists — live and shareable.

Who Signs Up for Something Like This

Not a tutorial. Not a lecture. A working sprint for people with something to build.

Perfect if You...

  • Have an idea you want to explore, even if it's still rough
  • Want clarity on what's worth building before you start
  • Want to use AI to move faster, not to avoid thinking
  • Are willing to build the first version instead of waiting for perfect certainty
  • Want to build a demo that gets your idea taken seriously — at work or in the market

Not the Right Fit If…

  • You're interested in AI tools but don't have a problem you want to solve
  • You want to observe, not build
  • You expect a finished business in a weekend
  • You're looking for a tutorial on AI tools, not a sprint on your own idea
  • You're not willing to have your idea challenged and reshaped

You don't need to quit your job, call yourself a founder, or have everything figured out.

You just need a weekend, an idea, and the willingness to find out if it's real.

Learn from Someone Who Turned Side Projects into a Career Shift

I’m Magda, Co-Founder of GenAI 360.

I started in microchip design. I had no product experience, no startup background. I built side projects until I did.

I spent years planning before I started building. The shift changed my career.

This sprint is built around the tools, frameworks, and judgment I wish I’d had earlier — so you can move faster, make better decisions, and avoid wasting energy in the wrong direction.

AI Is Leverage. Not a Strategy.

AI can generate outputs. It cannot give you conviction. This is why we start with what to build before vibe-coding it.

It will not tell you which opportunity is strongest, which trade-offs make sense, or what deserves to be built first.

You still need to decide what matters and what's worth pursuing. This sprint teaches you how to use AI as leverage — without outsourcing the thinking.

faq

How does the application process work?

You’ll answer a few short questions about yourself, your idea, and what you hope to get from the workshop.
The goal is not to assess your credentials. It’s to understand your mindset, your level of commitment, and whether this is the right fit for you.
We use the application to build a cohort of people who are serious, open-minded, and ready to engage fully. If accepted, you’ll be invited to confirm your spot and complete payment. Your place is only reserved once confirmed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms apply once your spot is confirmed. Confirmed registrations are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant up to 3 days before the workshop start date. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at our discretion. See the full cancellation policy for details.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes — installment payments may be possible on request.
The full amount must be paid before the workshop begins in order to secure your place.
If you would like to discuss an installment plan, mention it in your application and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Do I need a business idea before joining?

Having an idea definitely helps — but it’s not required.
You can also come with a problem you care about or something you believe could be done better.
On Day 1, you’ll work through it from multiple angles and use guided exercises to turn it into a more concrete opportunity worth pursuing.

Does my idea have to be about AI?

Not at all.
Your idea can be in any industry. The point is not to make your business about AI. The point is to use AI well while building it.
This sprint teaches you how to use AI to research faster, think more clearly, and build more efficiently — without forcing it into places it does not belong.

What if I’m not technical?

Perfect — this sprint is designed for non-technical professionals.
You’ll learn to work with AI tools, not build them, and the workflows you’ll use are guided and no-code.
You do not need to know how to code. What matters is curiosity, structure, and a willingness to build.

What exactly will I leave with after 2 days?

You'll leave with two things: a repeatable process and a first version of your idea in motion.
The process: how to define testable hypotheses, choose a business model, size the opportunity, and put your idea in front of real customers.
The build: a landing page or working web app you created yourself using AI-powered tools.
Plus the prompts, templates, and cheat sheets to apply it all again to future ideas.

What should I bring to the workshop?

Please bring your laptop, a paid LLM subscription, and access to a vibe-coding tool.
We recommend ChatGPT, but Claude and Gemini will also work. The basic paid tier is enough.
For Day 2, you’ll also need a subscription to a vibe-coding tool. We’ll let you know which one to use ahead of time, but you should expect it to cost around $20 for one month of access.

What happens if I can only attend one of the two days?

The workshop is designed as a full 2-day experience.
Because Day 2 builds on the work you do on Day 1, we strongly recommend attending both days.
IWe can't offer remote participation or partial refunds — but we'll share the materials afterward.

Can my employer reimburse this?

Potentially, yes — but it depends on your employer’s policy and your personal tax situation. We can provide a formal invoice and a certificate of completion for reimbursement requests. For tax deductibility, please check with your employer or tax advisor, as the rules depend on your canton and circumstances.

Have more questions before you commit?

I get it — this is a meaningful decision. Reach out to me using the contact form and I will personally get back to you.
